2. Our Products

Every OYAU piece — whether it’s art, a candle, or a print — is made with love and intention.
Colors and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, or handcrafted processes. Each piece is unique, just like you.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our creations are made to order.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or production defect.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing — we want you to receive exactly what you expect.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
OYAU accepts PayPal at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email receipt with all details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Some products are eligible for international delivery — please refer to individual product descriptions.
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.
Shipping times vary by location, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Custom and limited-edition items are non-returnable unless defective.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

OYAU reserves the right to deny returns for minor color or texture differences that are part of the handmade or printing process. 

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once production or shipping begins, changes are no longer possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, text, and images on this site are the intellectual property of Yarina Yao / OYAU.
Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Every purchase supports original art — thank you for respecting creative work.

OYAU is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers or international customs.
