Shipping Policy 

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 4-10 business days after payment is received.
Custom-made or limited-edition items may take longer to produce.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.

More countries will be added soon — stay tuned!

Some items are eligible for international shipping, while others are not.
Please check each product description before placing your order.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the product type, and package weight.
We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the product or checkout page.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 4–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local carrier delays, or public holidays.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that customs fees, import taxes, or VAT may apply according to your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

OYAU is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 48–96 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your tracking link, kindly check your spam folder or contact us.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us with your order number.
We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or offer a replacement if applicable.

OYAU is not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed shipments, or unpaid customs fees may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Please double-check your delivery details before submitting your order.
