Because most of our products are made to order, we only accept returns or refunds if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note:

Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless faulty.
Minor color or texture variations aren’t considered defects.
Cancellations are only available within 12 hours of ordering.
